By using Omni Pay, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By using Stripe Connect, you represent you are at least 18 and have the legal authority to enter contracts on behalf of yourself or your organization.
Omni Pay charges a 2.5% platform fee on each successful payment. Stripe charges additional processing fees. Fees are deducted before payout. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with 30 days notice.
You may not use Omni Pay for illegal activity, fraud, hate speech, sale of prohibited goods, or circumvention of Stripe's terms of service. We may suspend or terminate accounts in violation.
You agree to indemnify and hold Omni Global harmless from any claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
We are not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Omni Global regarding Omni Pay and supersede all prior agreements.
Responsible usage: Use Omni Pay to receive legitimate payments for real goods, services, or donations. Do not use it to receive funds for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes.
Discretion to serve: Omni Global reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion, without prior notice in cases of serious violation.
